The PathWays Futures Award offers funding to people currently in horticultural apprenticeships or who have recently completed an apprenticeship in the UK.  Opportunities are limited for apprentices to undertake wider developmental experiences beyond their day-to-day roles, and this unique award seeks to address this challenge by funding opportunities to undertake projects or placements that broaden individual experience, develop professional networks and make positive changes to environmental sustainability, conservation and public engagement with the natural world.
